Frogner, Post 334 opened playoffs with 3-0 win over the Ham Lake Heat
Jordan Frogner threw the first eight innings, giving up just three hits and one walk, while striking out eight Tuesday night in leading the Post 334 team to a 3-0 opening North Hennepin League play-off win over the Ham Lake Heat.
Post 334 scored one in the first on Zac Sather’s sacrifice fly, one in the fourth on Cory Miller’s infield single and one in the seventh on Corey Johnson’s soft single into right field. The last two runs were both scored after two were out.
The team now faces Andover in Round 2 of the playoffs, 7 p.m. Wednesday at Wintercrest West…
