Two-game drought snapped decisively
Behind the pitching of lefty Jordan Frogner and an attack that produced runs in each of the first four innings, Post 334 snapped back from its two-game losing skid Tuesday night (June 24) to beat Tri City Blue 6-2 at Wintercrest West.
Frogner gave up four hits while striking out 10. Meantime, Andy Evans provided Post 334 the jump start it needed in the first. Batting out of the No. 3 postion for the first time, Evans connected with a high line-drive home run over the right field fence to give Post 334 a 2-0 lead. Post 334 upped its advantage to 5-0 before Tri City Blue responded with two runs in the fourth inning.
